Do I have to pay sales tax for my order? Only orders that are from the St. of Alabama pay sales tax.
What are your customer service hours? Customer service is available Monday-Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00pm CST.

Can I return sales items for a store credit or refund? No. Items that are sale items, jewelry or special orders are Final and Non-refundable.
What do I do if I received the wrong item(s)? If you received a item you did not order please call Customer Service at 1-800-787-6842 within 72 hours of receiving the product.

How can I cancel or change my order? Please call customer service as soon as your order has been placed to cancel or change a quantity. We ship within 2 business days so if you call after your order has shipped then it cannot be changed.
